Director, Trade, Sectoral Transformation Group, Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA)
As the Director for Trade in IMDA, Sin Yong is responsible for transforming trade (Wholesale Trade, Trade Finance, and Logistics) sectors using ICM technologies to enhance the sectors’ competitiveness in the global market.
Sin Yong has more than 25 years of professional IT and extensive leadership experience in Trade Facilitation, Logistics, and Maritime domains, with international exposures in China, South East Asia and South Asia markets.

Thorsten Neumann
Member, Chief Technology Officer at Standard Chartered Ventures
Thorsten Neumann is an entrepreneur and technology specialist with a background in internet services and fintech platforms. He is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SC Ventures, Standard Chartered Bank’s innovation, fintech investment and ventures arm.
Prior to SC Ventures, he founded started his own internet services provider in South Africa, co-founded a Singapore based payment startup and rolled out a merchant gateway in 13 countries, and led Canadian listed gold miner’s IT systems in transition from explorer to production mining.

Stacey-Ann Pearson
Head of Web 3, APAC at AWS
Stacey-Ann is an engineer by training and a strategic business leader by experience. She is currently the Head of Web3 – APAC at AWS, where she works to scale web3 startups and VCs across Asia-Pacific & Japan. Previously, she served as VP of BD, Head of Strategy, Product Researcher for metaverse, blockchain, and NFT startups in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Before Web3, Stacey-Ann worked in investment banking (Morgan Stanley), fintech and innovation across USA (NYC), New Zealand, Honduras and Jamaica. As an interdisciplinary leader, Stacey-Ann has experience building startups, partnerships and global initiatives that solve deep challenges.

Pranav Mehrotra
APAC Strategic Partnerships Lead, Web3 at Google
Pranav is a deep expert on scaling emergent technologies. Currently, Pranav leads strategic partnerships and go-to-market for Web3 vertical for Google Cloud in APAC. In his role, Pranav extensively works with several Web3 enterprises and startups, helping them scale with Google Cloud and other areas of Google. Additionally he actively also works with Web2 enterprises helping them explore use cases of emergent technologies such as Blockchain and AI.
Prior to Google, Pranav was a management consultant with Kearney, where he advised senior executives of large corporations across Asia Pacific drive commercial excellence (B2B sales strategy and operations, go-to-market, growth strategy) and digital transformations. He has actively worked with companies in Telecommunications, Industrial Goods and High-Technology. Pranav is an engineer by training and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Jeannie Lim
Executive Director, Strategy at Paxos
Jeannie Lim is a seasoned fintech leader with over two decades of experience in the payments sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at Paxos, the leading regulated blockchain & tokenization infrastructure platform, Jeannie brings a wealth of expertise in blockchain-based solutions. Prior to this, she played a pivotal role on Meta's Payments team, spearheading Messaging Payments on WhatsApp, Messenger, and leading the launch of the Novi crypto wallet.With a strong focus on go-to-market strategies, business development, and revenue growth, Jeannie has held key leadership positions at Fiserv and Worldpay in Singapore, where she targeted enterprise e-commerce players across the APAC region.
Before relocating to Singapore, Jeannie spent 20 years in the United States, where she honed her skills in payments and fraud prevention. Her deep understanding of the industry led to her recent nomination as an Ambassador for the Merchant Risk Council, where she is actively building out merchant communities across APAC
