Trademark License Terms

These terms govern use of the “Powered by STABILITY” badge and related logos (the “Badge”). The Badge is a trademark of Stability Solutions, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Stability,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By using the Badge, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to written approval from Stability, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display the Badge solely to indicate that your product, application, or platform integrates with or utilizes the Stability Global Trust Network (“GTN”). No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

For the avoidance of doubt, your integration with the GTN remains subject to Stability’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, as applicable.

2. Eligibility and Approval

You are eligible to request to use the Badge if your product or service integrates with or utilizes the GTN, subject to any prohibitions set out in this license.

Please request approval by contacting us through the Contact Us form on our website. Approval may be granted or withheld at our sole discretion.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Display the Badge on your website, application, or marketing materials solely in connection with an active and functional integration with the GTN.
  • Use the Badge only in the form provided by Stability.
  • Resize proportionally without distortion.

You must:

  • Clearly identify your own brand as separate and independent from Stability.
  • Ensure your integration complies with Stability’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Modify, alter, animate, recolor, or combine the Badge with other marks.
  • Use the Badge in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or affiliation beyond factual GTN usage.
  • Use the Badge if your GTN integration is inactive, misleading, or non-functional.
  • Register or use any confusingly similar trademark, domain name, or branding.
  • Sub-license, assign, or transfer this license.
  • Use the badge in any product or service that violates applicable law, including data protection privacy laws, or infringe any third-party rights, or that brings disrepute to Stability.
5. Quality Control

Stability retains the right to review your use of the Badge at any time. You must promptly correct or cease any non-compliant use upon notice.

6. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Badge and Stability trademarks remain exclusively with Stability. Your use of the Badge does not create any ownership rights.

7. Termination

This license:

  • Automatically terminates if your GTN integration ceases or breaches these terms.
  • May be revoked by Stability at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Badge.

8. No Endorsement

Use of the Badge does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or endorsement relationship between you and Stability.
